Winter vacation in South Tyrol

Sun, snow and fun for everyone!

Skiing, snowboarding and sledding

Winter in South Tyrol is a very quiet and magic season. Though days are short, the sun and the blue sky invite you to go out and explore the snowy landscape.

The modern cableway to the ski resort Meran 2000 is only 5 minutes by car from our holiday apartments in Schenna and takes you in just a few minutes directly to the slopes. The family-friendly ski resort Meran 2000 offers perfect slopes for every level, breathtaking views, a sledding track, different winter hiking paths, sun and fresh air.

There are further four ski areas in Meran’s environs: the pristine Vigiljoch ski area, the glacier ski area in Schnalstal valley, Schwemmalm in Ulten valley and the romantic Pfelders ski area. Each skiing resort offers ski rental shops and ski schools with different courses.

During the winter months, the ice skating rink in the center of Schenna offers fun and activity for the whole family. Ice skate rental and drinks are available on site.

At the end of an active day treat yourself to a sauna or a massage or simply relax in the cosy atmosphere of our holiday apartments!
